Kim Hartley is a native Angeleno and resident of Beverly Hills. Having lived and owned property in several parts of Los Angeles and Palm Desert, she has an insider's knowledge of the many little neighborhoods around town. Throughout her career, Kim has worked with clients at The Agency, Compass, and is a Founder's Circle member of Avenue 8. Maintaining lasting connections is key to Kim's ability to serve clients through complex, multiple-offer scenarios, and in securing off-market properties. Kim grew up in the San Fernando Valley and Manhattan Beach and is a graduate of UCLA. For 20 years, Kim ran her own educational consulting firm across California. Her expertise in personalized school placements adds value for her clients with school-aged children. Kim has served as PTA Council President in the BHUSD School District and is very active in the community. She has assisted clients with new developments, multi-family, commercial and residential real estate needs. With an eye for design, and a deep knowledge of future value properties, Kim leaves no stone unturned in helping her clients achieve their real estate goals and beyond.
